to change the display
Each time you press the MODE Button,
the display will change.

Calories Distance
To Reset the current day’s data
Press the RESET Button for more 2 seconds.
All the data (number of steps, number of aerobic steps, minutes
for aerobic steps, calories, and distance) for the current day will
be reset to 0.
• The data stored in the memory for the previous days will
not be deleted.
