Specify the filter’s coefficient to use for the MOTF for the X axis. The
smaller this value, the larger the operating range of Galvo Scanner.
A higher-speed response can be made by setting this value to such
a small value as can make the most of the range that the Galvo
Scanner can control.

Specify the above filter’s coefficient for the Y axis.

GalvoSfX
Specify the galvano motor command position (bit) relative to the trav-
el distance of the laser along the X axis (in the command unit sys-
tem). (Unit: bit/command unit)

Specify the above value for the Y axis.
