7. OPERATION
Turn down the volume of the headphones with the VOL control before turning on its power to avoid
excessive volume.

Connect the transmitter to your AV equipment and start playback
.
The transmitter turns on automatically and starts to transmit UHF signals (Auto Power ON function).
The POWER indicator of the transmitter lights up.
Press POWER to turn on the headphones.
The POWER indicator lights up. Keep the AUTO TUNE button pressed for 1 second
to tune in the headphones to the frequency from the transmitter. The AUTO TUNE
indicator lights up when tuned in.

Adjust the volume of the AV equipment and then the headphones.
CAUTION!
Listening at high volume levels for long periods, can lead to permanent hearing defects.
Turn up the volume only far enough to hear properly.

Turn off the units
If the device is no longer used, please turn down the volume and switch it off. The POWER
indicator goes off. Stop playback on the AV equipment. The transmitter automatically turns off if
no signals come in for about 4 minutes (Auto Power Off function).
7.1 Selecting a better reception channel
When the playback sound is noisy, you can choose one of the other two channels to transmit signals on the
transmitter.

Slide the CHANNEL selector on the transmitter to select another channel.

Press AUTO TUNE on the headphones to tune in to the new channel.

Repeat step 1 and 2 to select the best channel.
8. PROBLEM CART
PROBLEM:
REMEDY:
No sound
Make sure the POWER switch on the receiver is on.
Check receiver Power LED to ensure that battery is providing power. Replace
or recharge battery if necessary.
Volume is too low. Increase level.
Check for proper connection between receiver and audio source.
Signal may be too weak. If possible, move receiver closer to the transmitter.
Power LED does not light
Make sure the 12 V power unit is properly connected to the transmitter and the
receiver is turned on.
Check receiver Power LED to ensure that battery is providing power. Replace
or recharge battery if necessary.
No signal or received
signal is noisy or contains
extraneous sounds
Check receiver Power LED to ensure that battery is providing power. Replace
or recharge battery if necessary.
Wrong frequency setting. Adjust frequency until you get a clear signal.
Signal reception of
different transmitter
Two transmitters may be operating on the same frequency. Change frequency
of one system or increase the distance between both systems.
