The player jumps to the first track and automatically starts the music.
The current track number (1), the track playback time and the total number of tracks are displayed.
7.4 Play/Pause
In the Pause-mode, the time-indication in the display stands still and the display shows the Pause-symbol
(

). The playback of the current track can be started by pressing the Play/Pause button. In the Playback-
mode, the time-indication in the display is running and the display shows the Play-symbol (
►
).
If you wish to interrupt the playback, press the Play/Pause-button and the laser stops and saves the position
where you stopped. The display shows the Pause-symbol (
||
).
If you wish to stop the playback, press the Stop-button. The display shows the total number of tracks and the
total playback time of the CD.
7.5. Selecting a track via the Skip-buttons
You can select the desired track via the Skip-buttons.
In order to play a track from the beginning, press the Skip-buttons until the desired track number is
displayed.
«-button:
If you press the «-button once, playback starts at the beginning of the previous track. If a track is already
played back, you can start the current track from the beginning.
»-button:
If you press the »-button once, the playback starts at the beginning of the next track, if you press it twice the
following track, etc.
Please note that the CD-player calls the track up in the mode you pressed the Skip-button. If the CD-player
is in the Play-mode at track 1 for example and you press the »-button, the player jumps to track 2 and
immediately starts playback.
7.6 Scanning within a track
If you hold the respective Skip-button, the CD-player will run through through the current track until you let
the button loose. Press and hold the respective Skip-button until the time indication starts moving.
7.7 Repeat-function
The W.A.M.S-04 offers the possibility to program an endless loop. Press the Repeat-button for repeating the
current track (Repeat 1) or the whole CD (Repeat All).
7.8 Random playback
If you press the SHUFFLE-button, the random-playback is activated (the display shows SHUFFLE). The CD-
players selects and plays the tracks randomly until you cancel the random-mode.
7.9 Programming
Create a program:
Press the Stop-button. Press the Program-button and the display shows "Program". The display shows "01"
for indicating the track-number and "P-01" for indicating the program-number.
Press one of the Skip-buttons until the display will show the desired track number for the program-number 1.
Press the Enter-button in order to save the track.
Press one of the Skip-buttons again in order to choose a track for the next program-number.
Continue programming like this until you have no more tracks to program or the maximum of programmable
tracks (20) is reached.
Read a program:
After entering your last track, press the Play/Pause-button and the program will be played back. During the
program-playback, the display shows "Program".
