CD Scratch-function
This function matches the scratching with standard turntables. Put a vinyl record on the platter and press
Motor ON. The tonearm is not required. During play use your hand on the platter slip surface to increase or
decrease the tempo of the CD.
Braking
Stop the platter slip surface with your hand during play. The audio being played will stop corresponding to
the speed of the platter slip surface.
Spinning
Forcefully spin the platter slip surface faster than the platter slip surface speed during play.
Scratching
Press and stop the platter slip surface during play. Play stops. Turn the platter slip surface in the direction
and speed you want to play. Release your hand from the platter slip surface and play returns to its original
state.
CD Loop-Function
With this function, any section on a disc can be played repeatedly between A & B points with no break in
sound or limit in length.
The CD-player is in play-mode:
Press the A-button to set the starting point of the sequence. This button lights green.
Press the B/Loop-button to set the end point of the sequence. This button lights green.
Now, the CD-player repeats the sequence between the two points until you press the B/Loop-button to exit
the loop-function.
Press the Reloop-button to resume the sequence from point A again.
CD Cue Memory / BOP-function
The CD-player is in play-mode (Back Cue):
Press the Cue-button and the CD-player returns to the position where the playback started and goes into
pause-mode. This function is only available within one track.
The CD-player is in play-mode (BOP):
Press the BOP-button and the CD-player returns to the position where the playback started and remains in
play-mode. This function is only available within one track.
The CD-player is in pause-mode (Cue Setting):
Press the Memory-button, to set the cue-point. The Memory-button flashes green.
Now, press Cue 1, Cue 2 or Cue 3 to memorize the cue-point. The respective button flashes green.
Playback can be started via these buttons when the player is in play-mode.
CD Reverse / Instant Reverse-function
With the Forward / Reverse-selector, you can change the rotation direction of the CD.
Activate the Instant Reverse-function (LED glows), to suspend the analog brake time at the change of the
rotation direction.
CD Effects
When the CD-player is in play-mode, you can start effects via the respective button (glows green).
Flanger:
The effect of a jet engine is added to the original sound.
Filter:
The original sound is modified in accordance with the parameter setting.
Echo:
An echo is added to the original sound.
Set the effect parameters with the encoder between 1-4 and 64-1. The player must be in stop or pause-
mode. Keep the appropriate Effect-button pressed and turn the encoder clockwise to increase the effect.
Turn the encoder anti-clockwise to decrease the effect.
CD Track-programming
The player must be in stop-mode. (Keep the Time-button pressed for 3 seconds to switch to stop-mode.)
