Troubleshooting
Photo Therapeutics Inc record and analyze all faults reported to them. The majority of faults reported and listed below
have a simple cause and can be readily put right by the user. If the actions suggested fail to rectify the problem, or the
fault reoccurs, please refer to Photo Therapeutics Inc or their authorized representative to arrange servicing of your
Omnilux clear-U. Do not attempt to investigate any further; the Omnilux clear-U has no user-serviceable parts.

Check power cord and power plug are in good condition. Check that
the wall power supply is plugged into the Omnilux clear-U. Outside
the USA, check the mains outlet switch is turned on.
Light cuts out during

Overheating
Ensure ventilation slots are not blocked. Allow a few minutes for the
Omnilux clear-U to cool and try again. If the problem persists, return
your device to Photo Therapeutics Inc. for servicing.
