Software Settings & Configuration
When measuring with
B
‑
WIC and B
‑
SMC
make sure to use the
Impedance Adapter
measurement
mode in the
Bode Analyzer Suite
as shown below:
Note, that you must perform an impedance calibration / correction before you can start measuring.
Check out the next chapter to learn how to perform the Open / Short / Load calibration.
After the calibration has been performed, you can start either a single
sweep or a continuous sweep by clicking on the corresponding icons.

Calibration / Correction
Before you can start a measurement, Open / Short / Load calibration / correction must be performed.
This moves the reference plane from the Bode 100 front panel to the DUT connection points of the

‑
WIC and B
‑
SMC
as shown below:

To start a calibration, select either the User-Range Impedance Calibration or the Full-Range Impedance
calibration by clicking on the corresponding icon.
