MODULE PROGRAMMING PROCEDURE - 1 OF 2
When programming, only one keyfob will be
used. Place the other one at least 10 feet away
from the vehicle.
Remove valet key from keyfob 1.
Remove battery from keyfob 1.
IMPORTANT: Place and hold keyfob 1 on push
to start button for steps 4 to 13.
Place and hold keyfob 1 on push to start
button (no battery). Keyfob transponder is
located behind keyfob logo.
Push start button twice [2x] to ON position.
Wait, LED will turn solid RED.
Wait until the key symbol light fl ashes. (This
may take up to 12 seconds.)
Press and release brake pedal once [1x].
Wait, LED will turn solid GREEN.
Wait until the key symbol light fl ashes. (This
may take up to 12 seconds.)
Press and release brake pedal once [1x].
Wait, LED will flash GREEN rapidly.
Push start button once [1x] to OFF position.
WARNING: Disconnect power last. Disconnect
module from vehicle.
Connect module to computer and proceed
with extended programming.
Connect power fi rst. Connect module to
vehicle.
IMPORTANT: Place and hold keyfob 1 on push
to start button for steps 17 to 21.
