Figure 8 shows the Settings menu. You can set the following parameters:
• COM port number on your PC.
• Turn the audible indicator on/off.
• Engineering units for air velocity and temperature
• Select chart time base from 1 minute per frame (screen), 10 minutes, or
one hour.
• Select manual, auto, or logarithmic scale of the air velocity or
temperature. This function allows the user to set the Y scale for the
air velocity and temperature to any value within its range.
• Select Save to file, History viewer, and Maximize start up.
When the “Save to File” is selected (Default), the program asks if you would
like to save the data to a file when you stop the data logging. Figure 7 shows a
typical data file saved.
