Before every lifting/handling of the die, check that the chosen sling (rope/chain, hook, etc.)
doesn’t present any defect or deformation to make it unsafe; in case
eliminate immediately
the defective parts

At the moment of the use, check the correct screws clamping and the use of screws with the
required lengths; in the following table are written down screws and clamping couples for the
fixing of the lifting brackets;
it is recommended to use threadlocker LOCTITE 243 or lock
washers
.
Absolutely ensure a minimum screws clamping of 1 x Ø screw.

For a safe use of the bracket type B01.10 - B01.12 is necessary that the booms of the
ropes/
chains stay always stretched
(see
Pic.2
), a looseness can result the exit of the rope/chain
from the groove of the bracket.
