Maintenance
•
Unplug the unit before cleaning and performing maintenance.
•
Use a soft and dry cloth to clean the machine after use.
•
Never wash the machine with water or in a dishwasher.
•
Use a brush to clean the cutters and rollers after use.
• If necessary or if the rollers squeak, you can lubricate the rollers with food safe oil.
•
Don’t insert knives or cloths in between the rollers.
•
It is advisable to store the machine and accessories in the original box after using.
• All repairs are to be performed by a qualified technician.
•
Do not dismantle the machine, doing so could be hazardous and void the warranty.
