Operation
1. Place mixer on a dry stable location, and make certain that it is secure.

Before use, ensure that the power supply corresponds to that required by the machine and that the external
ground wire is securely connected.
3. Ensure that flour mixing capacity is lower than the max. flour capacity.
4. Before starting, make sure that the safety protective guard has been lowered.
5. Do not put hands or hard objects into the bowl while in operation.
