Troubleshooting

Yellow flame and/or black smoke.

Incorrect gas.

Change gas.

Nozzle does not match gas

requirements.

Adjust nozzle diameter.

Not enough air to ignite.

Increase damper opening degree.

Gas spikes and floats.

Turn down valve flow.
