ALWAYS UNPLUG THE MACHINE FROM THE ELECTRICAL SOCKET BEFORE PERFORMING ANY
MAINTENANCE OR CLEANING!
CLEANING
• Remove the basket and heater bottom cover, raise the controller box then remove it, put the controlling box
in a dry place, so you may clean the oil tank.
Operation
1. Check that the electrical socket is in working order.
2. Put oil in the tank.
3. When the power cord is connected, the red power indicator will turn on, the machine can now be used.
4. Turn on the thermostat from the left to right to the required temperature, then the green indicator will
turn on, that means the heater is in operation, the oil will be warming. When the oil reaches the preset
temperature, it will shut off by itself, the green indicator will shut off, and the heater will stop working. When
the temperature of the oil drops lower than the preset, the thermostat will turn on by itself to start the heater
again.
5. Turn off the thermostat after use and remove the plug from it’s socket.
6. Dispose of the old oil after it cools down.
