4.2. Start-up
(1) Turn on the power switch of the controller supply unit.
(2) Turn on the "LAMP2" switch of the controller supply unit.
(3) Start the computer, and then double-click the shortcut icon on the desktop to
start the program.
4.3. Revolving nosepiece settings
(1) Configure the revolving nosepiece settings.
When executing a 45-degree reflection measurement using the Reflectivity
Measurement Unit for 45-Degree, adjust the revolving nosepiece position to the
through position (the position where the objective lens is not set).
For computer operation, refer to the instruction manual of the
computer and use it in a proper manner.
It takes approximately 15 minutes until the halogen lamp steadily
operates after the lamp switch is turned on. Execute warm-up as
necessary.
