This Case is a precision device designed for use at a water depth within 40 m. Please handle it with

OLYMPUS IMAGING CORP. shall in no way be responsible for accidents involving immersion of a
digital camera in water. In addition, expenses incurred for damage of internal materials or loss of
recorded contents due to water entering the camera will not be compensated.

OLYMPUS IMAGING CORP. shall not pay any compensation for accidents (injuries or material
damage) at the time of use.
