Binding Instructions
150 sheet binding
The binding capacity of the binder is 150 sheets.
Up to 150 sheets of copying paper (80gsm) can be
bound by a single comb.
1. Place a plastic comb open side up and its back towards the rear on
the metal comb.
2. Move the metal comb towards the right and back to the left until the
metal teeth are properly placed in the rings.
3. Slowly push down the lever until the comb is wide enough open.
4. To retain the comb in its open position, use the clamp to stop the
punching lever from moving.
5. Load the punched sheets onto the comb.
6. When all sheets are on the comb, slightly push down to release the
punching lever. To close the comb, slowly move the punching lever
back up to its home position.
7. Slightly push the comb towards the right to remove it from the metal
teeth. You can now lift the folder from the metal comb.
Four-hole Punch
8 sheets of four-hole punching capacity
The punching capacity of the binder is 8 sheets. A
maximum
of 8 sheets of copying paper (80gsm)
can be punched at a time.
1. Insert the paper as far as it will go into the back of the unit.
2. Lower the lever and release to let it go back up.
3. The binder will have punched four round holes you can use to file
the sheets into folders with four rings.
