Formatting the device (delete everything)
Press and hold the MODE button
until SET" appears in the display.
Press the DOWN button until
FoR" appears in the display.
Use the FORWARD or BACK but-
ton to select Yes’’. Then press and
hold the ERASE button. All the
data and messages stored on the
device are deleted.
Note:
Select No" if you do not want to format the device.
Note:
Formatting the device cannot be reverted.
Note:
Formatting takes approx. 20 seconds; none of the buttons function dur-
ing this period.
Note:
Deleted data cannot be restored.
