WARRANTY
Your Olivia Burton watch is covered by a limited two (2)
year warranty from the date of original purchase from an
authorised and approved Olivia Burton stockist.
Your Olivia Burton warranty covers manufacturing defects
and is only valid if supplied with a valid proof of purchase.
Proof of purchase must include the following information;
place of purchase (authorised retailers only), item purchased
and date of purchase.
We can also accept email order confirmations/invoices or
till receipts that include the above information. We cannot
accept bank statements as proof of purchase.
The only components covered under the two (2) year
warranty are the watch movement, hands and dial.
Components covered under this repair warranty will be
repaired free of charge if the watch proves to be defective
in material or workmanship under normal use.
In the unlikely event that the component cannot be
repaired, the watch will be replaced free of repair charges.
We cannot guarantee that you will receive the same watch
model, but a watch of equal value will be provided.
For repair work that is not covered under this warranty,
the Olivia Burton repair centre may perform the required
services for a charge. This charge will be dependent on the
watch style and the type of work requested. Please note
that these charges are subject to change.

Any other warranty provided by the retailer is entirely
their responsibility. No person or company is authorised
to change the terms of this warranty. This warranty gives
the consumer specific legal rights. He/she may also have
other statutory rights which may vary from state to state
and country to country. However, to the extent not
prohibited by law, this limited warranty is exclusive and in
lieu of all other warranties, oral, written, statutory, express
or implied (including without limitation the warranties of
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose), all of
which are expressly disclaimed.
• Batteries, case, glass, straps, bracelets, tarnishing or plating.
• Damage caused by misuse, accident, lack of care,
negligence or normal wear and tear.
• Water damage.
• Theft or loss of the complete watch or components.
If your watch has been misused or damaged by negligence
or accident by persons other than authorised Olivia Burton
sales or service agents, the warranty is void.
For maximum protection, please keep your watch in its
presentation box when not in use. Please remove your watch
before participating in physical activity to avoid damage.
This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of any other warranties,
obligations or liabilities. Olivia Burton is not liable for
incidental, consequential or special damages.
You may also have legal additional rights under applicable law
which are not affected by the terms of this warranty. These
rights may vary from state to state and country to country.
THE WARRANTY DOES
NOT COVER:
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded
under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled
to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for
compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or
damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or
replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the
failure does not amount to a major failure.
