CAUSE AND SOLUTION
. Check electrical wall outlet, on/off
switch, and power connection.
. Always use a transmittable document.
. Use a copied one, and avoid using
improper paper document. (Par. G)
. Check to see if a document jam has
occurred.
. Line busy: Wait for the dial tone, and
re-dial.
. TEL. mode is set; select AUTO or TAD
mode.
. Incorrect paper size; use proper thermal
paper. (Par. G)
. Rectify the paper and document jam if
they have occurred.
. Place the document face down.
. Re-execute OMR setting.
