6. Overview of Warranty
6.1. Overview
The description of the Free Warranty when the product is operating normally and the
description of the warranty exclusions within the Free Warranty Period
6.2. Free warranty
•
In case of normal use and post-service, Olive Healthcare provides the warranty free of charge
for one year from the date of purchase.
•
In principle, if a repair request has been made for Free Warranty, it shall be handled promptly
and repair or replaceable at the headquarters of Olive Healthcare Inc.
or the location where the product is installed, depending on the repair parts or processing period
of the product. (Check the availability of repair)
•
When requesting a Free Warranty, the user should provide the olive healthcare with materials or
video photos to identify problems with the product.
•
In all cases, the responsibility and rights to determine the content and cause of product damage
are at Olive Health Care Co., Ltd. and that judgment cannot be changed to final.
•
In order for the Free Warranty to be maintained, the maintenance and modification of the product
must be made by service personnel formally designated by Olive Health Care Co., Ltd. If the
product is not used in accordance with the instructions of this manual, it might be excluded from
free warranty so fully understand the manual.
•

at Olive Health Care Co., Ltd. and that judgment cannot be changed to final.
