2.6 - ENERGY BOOST/SYSTEM ENABLE CONTACT INPUT
the input located on the terminal (Y2) of the main board (Y1) can be used to activate the functions
ENERGY

or
SYSTEM ENABLE
of the air conditioner (fig. 46).
Configuration and use of the input
ENERGY BOOST
or
SYSTEM ENABLE
:
a
. insert the plug in the power socket to power the air conditioner, then make sure the latter is switched to
stand-by mode.
b
. on the control panel, press the key
MODE
for more than 10 seconds until an acoustic signal is emitted.
c
. the display shows the parameter
P0

. release the key
MODE
and press it again until you select the parameter
PI
.
e
. release the key
MODE
and press it again for 2 seconds.

• This operation must be performed only by the installer or any similarly qual-
ified personnel and in compliance to the current national regulations.
• To prevent the risk of an electric shock it is mandatory to switch off the main
switch before performing the electrical connections or any maintenance op-
eration to the appliances.
to set the appliance to activate one of the two functions, proceed as follows:
a
. Raise the air suction grille (3) and remove the two screws (3a) (fig. 28).
b
. Extract the right (release using a screwdriver) and left (1a) doors of the front cover, then rotate the flap
(1) and remove the three screws (1b) (fig. 29).

. Remove the front cover (fig.30).

Unscrew the two fixing screws (X2) to remove the front cover of the switchgear (X1) (fig. 31).
e
. Remove the supplied jumper (Y3) from the screw terminal (Y2) (fig. 47).
f
. Close the switchgear.
g
. reassemble the front cover of the machine.
the input must be piloted by a potential-free dry contact.
Do not use a cable longer than 10 meters.
