We would first of all like to thank you for deciding to purchase
this air-conditioner.
As you will shortly realize you have made a winning choice
in that you have purchased a a top quality article in domestic
air-conditioning technology.
This handbook has been laid out with the aim of providing
you with all the necessary explanations to allow you to put
your appliance to the best possible use. We would ask you
therefore to read it carefully. Following the suggestions
given in this handbook, thanks to the air-conditoner you
have purchased, you will be able to enjoy optimum
environmental conditions for years to come without problems
and with minimum investment in terms of energy costs.

Precautions
The following precautions should be paid the utmost attention:

The appliance must be installed by specialized fitters
only, after having read the instructions specified in the
Installation Handbook supplied with the appliance.

The mains voltage must remain within the limits specified
in the paragraph “Operational limits”. For safety reasons
the appliance must be connected up to a fully reliable
earthing network and fitted according to the security
standards in force on location.

The area surrounding the appliance’s internal and
external unit must be kept free from obstacles or objects
(curtains, furniture, etc.) which could make air emission
difficult.

Children must not be allowed to play with the external
unit or remote control.

The direction of air emission must be positioned so that
those in the vicinity, especially old-age citizens and
young babies, are not hit directly.

The filters and battery must be cleaned regularly.

Temperatures should not be set above the established
limits as such does not necessarily guarantee maximum
comfort and leads to a decisive increase in energy
consumption. In order to obtain an optimum level of
comfort, room temperature should be set at the following
values:
In summer: 24

C minimum and 26

C maximum.
In winter: 19
°
C minimum and 22
°
C maximum.
