Please confirm if the connection is success by the following step.

Press the “File” button on the remote. “A: PORT 1” would be shown in
Select Slot if connection is success; “A: Empty” implies the external hard
disk has not yet connect with ZMT-620FTA, if so please check the cable and
the power of the devices.
