Sample Settings
Super Clean
Blend: 0%
Volume: 50%
Drive: N/A
Tone: N/A
Push: N/A
Pristine Boost
Blend: 0%
Volume: 70%
Drive: N/A
Tone: N/A
Push: N/A
The Overdrive settings are the same as super clean but the overall volume is increased, you can continue to turn the
volume control clockwise and use as a true clean boost. However, at some point the super clean output will begin to
overdrive the input of the amplifier. For a tube amplifier this may be the desired sound and some use a clean boost for
this reason as well as simply making the signal louder on demand.
Amp Overdrive
Blend: 0%
Volume: 70 -‐ 100%
Drive: N/A
Tone: N/A
Push: N/A
This is enough clean boost to account for the weakest of
passive guitar pickups and enough output to overdrive
almost any guitar amplifier input.
Chime Overdrive
Blend: 25%
Volume: 50%
Drive: 25-‐50%
Tone: Set to taste
Push: To taste but this control has less and less effect with
the gain control at lesser values!
This is clean with some light overdrive blended in.
Medium Overdrive
Blend: 50%
Volume: 50%
Drive: 25-‐70%
Tone: Set to taste
Push: To taste but this control has less and less effect with
the gain control at lesser values!
This is a more overdrive than clean.
Phat Overdrive
Blend: 100%
Volume: 50-‐70%
Drive: 25-‐50%
Tone: 0-‐50%
There is no real clean signal with these settings. The
overdrive is purely from the pedal, the tone is intentionally
reduced to get a browner sound. The gain is set lower so
that there isn’t too much washout.
Creamy smooth Solo w/ Sustain
Blend: 100%
Volume: 50-‐100%
Drive: 75-‐100%
Tone: 40-‐70%
Push: To taste. Down is slightly less gain but there are
more even order harmonics.
This is much more in the classic overdrive solo territory.
There is a good bit of gain to the extent that there won’t
be much clean sound anywhere. It’ll clean up some when
reducing the guitar’s volume but there will always typically
be some distortion.
Screaming Solo
Blend: 100%
Volume: 70-‐100%
Drive: 100%
Tone: 80%-‐100%
Push: On
This is full on distortion with lots of sustain. This is a very
hot and loud setting that provides its own distortion in
addition to overdriving the input of a tube amplifier when
the volume knob is beyond 70%. This is the setting you use
when you want lots of gain, sustain, feedback and searing
leads or heavy rhythms.
