Make sure that a Chamber Calibration has been performed (see paragraph 8.2.5.1).

Make sure that T Sensor is connected to UNO-CONTROLLER (see paragraph 7.4).

Secure with commercial adhesive tape the T Sensor to the bottom of the sample holder you use during
standard operation (Petri dish, Chambered Glass Slide, etc.) as shown in Figure 64. Do not cover the

tip of the T-Sensor with the adhesive tape.
