If you want to change the sample holder follow the steps shown in the images of Figure 7 and listed below:
1.
Remove the chamber body by lifting it from the workspace, as shown in Figure 7 Image 1 and 2
2.
Unscrew the sample holder captive screws using a 1.5 mm Allen key
3.
Lift and replace the sample holder, as shown in Figure 7 Image 4
