What to do if...
Remedying faults
In the event of a fault, try to solve the problem yourself with the aid of
the information provided here. If you use the Customer Service for one
of the faults listed here or to remedy an operating error, the Customer
Service technician's visit will not be free of charge, even during the
warranty period.
• If the fault code C1 or C2 is shown in the
Multi display, you may be able to remedy the
problem yourself (see the faults table below).
After remedying the fault, press the button

(START/PAUSE). If
the fault code is shown again, inform Customer Service.

In the case of all other displayed faults (
C
and number or letter code),
please inform Customer Service, quoting the fault code.

not function.
Electric plug not inserted. Insert electric plug.
Fuse of the mains installation
is not correct.
Replace fuse.
Door is not properly closed.
Close door; Lock must en-
gage audibly.

Filter in the socket of the in-
flow hose connection is
blocked.
Close water tap. Disconnect
hose from water tap, remove
filter and clean under
running water.
Water tap is full of lime or
defective. Check water tap, if necessary
have it repaired.
