ANY PURPOSE, BY ANY DEFICIENCY OR DEFECT
IN ANY PRODUCTS (WHETHER OR NOT
COVERED BY ANY WARRANTY), BY THE USE OR
PERFORMANCE OF ANY PRODUCTS OR BY ANY
FAILURE OR DELAY IN OKI DATA’S
PERFORMANCE HEREUNDER, OR FOR ANY
SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE, HOWEVER CAUSED
INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PERSONAL
INJURY OR LOSS OF BUSINESS OR PROFIT,
WHETHER OR NOT CUSTOMER SHALL HAVE
INFORMED OKI DATA OF THE POSSIBILITY OR
LIKELIHOOD OF ANY SUCH DAMAGES.
Customer’s exclusive remedy under these warranties is
limited, at OKI Data’s election, to any one of (a) refund
of customer’s purchase price, (b) repair by OKI Data or
the manufacturer of any products found to be defective,
or (c) replacement of any such product. Except as
specifically set forth in this paragraph,

determined that this product meets the
ENERGY STAR guidelines for energy
efficiency.
Year 2000 Compliance
All products currently sold by Oki Data are Year 2000
Compliant. Each product contains information
technology that accurately processes date and time data
between the years 1999 and 2000, and carries no issue
for the September 9, 1999 (9999) programming
concern. These products, when used in combination with
products purchased from other manufacturers, whose
products properly exchange data and time information,
will accurately process the date and time. All future
products are committed to meeting the same Year 2000
compliance.
