is firmly seated in the drum
before moving the lever: the
lever should move easily.

Make sure the lock lever is
pushed back as far as it will go
before you close the cover. If
you don’t, the cover could
damage the LED printhead.

should disappear. If it
doesn’t, try printing a page.
If it still doesn’t, reinstall the
toner cartridge.
