Printing Polling Documents in Memory

to enter the menu.

Enter the personal mailbox number (1-16) holding the

The message prints, and the machine returns to standby.
Tips:

If no message is stored in the personal mailbox,

If you want to delete a message without printing it, after
inputting the mailbox number and pressing
Enter

Stop
key to stop the printing process. The message
Print Personal Box Memory Cancel?
displays. Press
Enter
and the fax will be deleted without printing.
Dialing Another Fax Machine to
Request Documents (Polling
Reception)
Your machine can contact a remote fax machine and request
documents from it. This is called polling or polling
reception.
Your machine can poll only one machine at a time.
