Besides the service time allocation mechanism, the router also provide another time based management
for each individual LAN client PCs (up to 8 PCs). Since each PC is identified uniquely by its hardware
MAC address, and each PC has its own weekly time table. As a result, it is useful for administrator to
control a small group of PCs with a precise service time schedule. Most offen it is used by parent to
control their children’s PC.

4.5 URL Keyword Blocking
In order to prevent LAN user from access several specific websites, SOHO Router provide this function to
perform such filtering mechanism. Administrator could enter the URL keywords which website to be rejected.
Then SOHO Router will reject all kind of websites which URL names are matched or partially matched.
For example, if the keyword is

, then all
www.
xyz
.com
,
ftp.
xyz
.com
,
xyz.
abc
.
com
… are all blocked.
