5. Place C 7189C module with the
antenna down the side of the portable
PA. The antenna can be left loose inside
the cabinet.
8. Fit C 7189C module to main unit and
replace screws. The portable PA is now
ready for use.
6. Re-connect Power Switch and LED
Indicator “ON” PCB.
7. Locate the 8 pin connector inside the
main unit and connect to the 8 pin
connector cable on the C 7189C module.
ITEM 2
Fitting Audio Link Transmitter (C 7189C) to 50W Portable PAs ( C 7182C and C 7184C)
1. Ensure portable PA is NOT connected to mains power. Disconnect all input cables.
2. Unscrew the blanking panel and disconnect the power cables from the main board.
3. Locate switch SW200 on the main board inside and ensure it is set to “NORMAL” (factory default).
4. Locate jumpers J201 and J204 on the main board inside. Connect the power cable for the wireless link transmitter
to J201 and the signal cable to J204.
5. Screw unit back together.
