use, inadequate care and maintenance, failure to follow the
instructions that outlined in this manual, improper use,
exposure to water/fluids, use in an excessive hot and humid
environment, misuse of the device not for its intended use.
INDICIATIONS FOR USE:
The device is intended to amplify environmental sound
for non-hearing impaired consumers, including hunting
(listening for prey), bird watching, listening to lectures with
a distant speaker, and listening to soft sounds that would be
difficult for normal hearing individuals to hear (e.g., distant
conversations, performances), but not intended to
compensate for hearing impairment, diagnose, treat, cure or
mitigate disease and do not alter the structure or
function of the body. Those suffer from hearing problems
should consult the licensed physicians who specialize in ear
diseases for advice.
