Make sure that the fryer isn’t connected to the power
socket.
• Place the appliance on an horizontal and stable surface and
make sure that all the feet are supported by the surface itself.
Use the appliance without oil and grease.
Fire danger!
The fryer is equipped with a thermal safety device.
In case of a thermostat failure, the electrical circuit
automatically disconnects, avoiding the overheating.
• Connect the power plug to the power socket making sure that the mains voltage
corresponds to the one indicated on the rating label.
Determine the appropriate time and temperature according to the type of
food to cook (see “times and temperatures chart”).
• To release the pan (3) from the appliance (1), slightly slide the release lever (6a) until
a “click” is heard (Fig. F2).
• Extract the pan (3) and insert the food to cook inside the bucket (5) (Fig. F2).
Do not fill the bucket excessively (5). (MAX capacity: 5 L).
• Subsequently, insert the pan (3) in the appliance and set the appropriate time and
temperature (see “times and temperatures chart”) (Fig. F4).
Make sure that the pan (3) is correctly inserted in the appliance body (1).
Never use the pan (3) without having inserted the bucket (5)
first.
