请远离火、电子部件等潜在火源,并注意不要形成密闭空间。

 

由于使用微燃性质的制冷剂,会有轻微燃烧的可能。

 

本产品为工业用空调,不是在一般环境中使用的产品。请由有相关专业知识的人来使用

 

 

 

请一定使用出厂时配置的过滤网。

 

使用网眼过密的过滤网的场合,会降低空调的放热效率,并成为冷却能力低下和引起故障的原因。

 

在运转开始后的空调拆卸以及重新安装设置作业、或者控制柜本身的移动作业等进行的时候,

 

请注意会有从空调内部出现冷凝水流出的可能性。

 

孩童,残障人士和没有相关空调知识的人,请注意避免使用空调

本产品使用

制冷剂。请按照空调使用国家的相关规定来正确使用。

空调使用微易燃性的制冷剂。如果有制冷剂泄漏的场合,请对该区域进行彻底通风,并且不要在空调附近发生火源。

 

请不要使用厂家推荐以外的方法加速除霜或清洁。空调应存放在没有发火源的室内(例如:明火、运行中的燃气器具或
运行中的电加热器)。请注意不要刺穿冷却管路,不要燃烧制冷剂。制冷剂会有不含气味的可能性。

 

可燃性制冷剂的检测

 

在任何情况下都不可以使用潜在的发火源确认或检测制冷剂的泄漏。不可以使用卤化火炬(或其他有明火的检测器)。

 

泄漏检测方法。

 

以下泄漏检测方法被认为适用于所有制冷剂系统。电子检漏仪可用于检测制冷剂泄漏,但对于易燃制冷剂,会有灵敏度
不够,或者需要重新校准的可能性。(检测设备的校准应在没有制冷剂的场所进行。)请确保检测器不是潜在的发火源,
并且适用于所使用的制冷剂。泄漏检测设备需要设置制冷剂

  LFL 

的百分比,根据所使用的制冷剂进行校准,并确认适

当的气体百分比(最大

)。检漏液适用于大多数制冷剂,但请避免使用含氯的清洁剂,因为氯可能与制冷剂发生反应

如果发现制冷剂泄漏需要的钎焊处理的时候,需要从管路系统中回收所有制冷剂,或者将管路系统中远离泄漏部分的制
冷剂隔离(通过截止阀)。

 

对于含有易燃制冷剂的器具,无氧氮气

 (OFN) 

应在钎焊作业前和作业中通过管路系统吹扫。

 

请注意不要造成空调冷却管路损伤,作业时远离火源。
