What should I do if I have a connection or pairing problem?
•
Make sure your Oglo# earbuds or your smartphone are not already connected to a similar
device.
•
Disable and reactivate Bluetooth on your mobile phone.
•
Delete “Oglo Muz TWS 2” from the list of devices in the Bluetooth settings of your phone,
and restart the pairing process.
•
When the earbuds are turned off, press and hold for four seconds to switch to manual
pairing mode.
•
If the previous steps do not solve the problem, place the earbuds in the charging case
and make sure they are charging. Next, press and hold the two earbuds for eight seconds
until the LED indicators lights flash blue and white three times, and complete reset.

The left earbud is no longer connected to the right earbud. How can I reconnect
them?

Before you start, don’t forget to delete “Oglo Muz TWS 2” from the list of devices in the
Bluetooth settings of your smartphone.
•
Place your earbuds in the charging case, make sure they are charging, then press and
hold the two earbuds for eight seconds until the LED indicator lights flash blue and white
three times.
Note:
when using the earbuds for the first time after reset, move the two earbuds closer
together until the blue indicator lights start flashing; the TWS connection between the left
and right earbuds will be established within 5 seconds.

Do the Oglo Muz TWS 2 earbuds support aptX?
The “Oglo Muz TWS 2” earbuds are compatible with the aptX format and aptX music
playback as long as your phone supports aptX. If it doesn’t, the Android phone will play
music in SBC format and the iPhone in AAC format.

How can I check the battery level of my Oglo Muz TWS 2 earbuds?
On iPhones and most Android phones, the current battery level of the earbuds can be
displayed in the top right-hand corner of the phone. If your phone does not support this
function, you can check the battery level using the “BatON” application available in Google
Play.
5.
Can I use my Oglo Muz TWS 2 earbuds while swimming?
No, your earbuds have been tested and classified under IPX4 standards, and are not
protected against immersion in water. Furthermore, exposure to salt, chlorine, chemicals
and solvents may damage and deteriorate your earbuds.
