Product Maintenance
TO STORE
● Keep massager in a safe, dry and cool place.
● Keep away the massager from sharp edges or pointy objects that might cut or
puncture the product’s fabric surface.
● Do not wrap the power cord around the unit.
TO CLEAN
● Unplug the unit and allow it to cool before cleaning.
● Clean only with a soft, slightly damp sponge.
●
Keep the appliance away from water or any liquid.
●
Avoid using abrasive cleaners, brushes, gasoline, kerosene, glass/furniture polish or
paint thinner to clean the product.
CAUTION
● Do not lean on the dual massage mechanism in the cushion when adjusting your
body position to avoid tears on the products cushion surface.
● Do not jam or force any part of your body against the moving massage mechanism.
● Only gentle force should be exerted against the unit in order to eliminate any risk of
injury.
● Do not attempt to repair the product, please contact ‘OGAWA Service Center’ for any
servicing required.
