5 Operation
5.1 Using the AMCAP software

To start the AMCAP video software, click Start and then click
AmCap on the pop-up menu (Programs/PC Camera).

Once you have started the AMCAP software, you can display
the current subject using the Options/Preview menu item in the
preview window. Then carefully rotate the focus ring on the PC
camera until the image is in focus.

To adjust the bright-
ness, contrast, rich-
ness and sharpness,
click the Options/Video
Capture Filter menu
item. You can also use
the preset values for
taking pictures and
recording videos.
