The 256KB memory below 1MB boundary can be used by software as

extended memory if this option is enabled, therefore it is advisable
to enable this option. Otherwise, this area can only be accessed as
shadow RAM function.

However, 256KB memory relocation is automatically invalidated to

avoid memory contention if any memory segment between
0D0000H to 0EFFFFH is enabled as shadow RAM in the Advanced
CMOS setup.
