Restrictions when using

Locking the setting controls
• You can lock the setting controls, in order to prevent accidental use (e.g.
children accidentally switching the cooking zones on).
• When the setting controls are locked, all setting controls except ON/OFF are
deactivated.
To lock the setting controls
Touch the key locking control. “Lo” appears on the timer indicator.
To unlock the setting controls
1. Check the induction cooking hob is switched on.
2. Touch and hold key locking control for a certain time
3. You can now start to use your induction cooking hob.
When the cooking hob is in lock mode, all setting controls are deactivated except
the ON/OFF control, so you can always turn off the induction cooking hob with the
ON/OFF control in case of emergency, but you should unlock the cooking hob
before the next operation
Protection against overheating
An integrated temperature sensor measures the temperature inside the induction
hob. When excessive temperature is measured, the induction hob automatically
halts its operation.
