Solution Cause of error
Close the delivery section cover (2). The delivery section cover is open.
Close the front cover (1). The front cover is open.
Hold handle C2 and insert the trim unit
to the back end correctly. The trim unit is not inserted correctly.
Make sure that the trimmer waste box (3)
is inserted until the back end completely. The trimmer waste box is not inserted
correctly.
Lift handle E and remove the booklets
from the conveyor. The conveyor is full.*
• Open the front cover (1).
• Pull out the trimmer waste box (3)
and empty the box.
• Place the trimmer waste box back.
• Close the front cover (1).
The trimmer waste box is full.
• Open the front cover (1).
• Remove the jammed booklets from
the space on the trim unit.
• Close the front cover (1) to start re-
sume printing.
A booklet jam has occurred in section
TD.
• Open the front cover (1).
• Turn handle C1 clockwise to trans-
port the jammed booklet to the trim
unit completely.
• Hold handle C2 to pull out the trim
unit.
• Open the transport belt unit C3 and
C4 and remove the jammed booklet.
• Close the transport belt unit C3 and
C4.
• Hold handle C2 to place the trim
unit back.
• Close the front cover (1) to resume
printing.
A booklet jam has occurred in section
TC.
