Cleaning of the water tank
: unscrew the lid and pour out water from the water
tank (A). Rinse the water tank and its lid with water.
Cleaning of the vapour chamber:
The vapour chamber should be cleaned once
a week. Lift off the water tank (A) and the anti-scale filter cassette (B). Hold the
appliance over the sink or similar, remove the plug (13) at the bottom of the vapour
chamber and empty remaining water from the vapour chamber. Clean the cabinet
of the vapour chamber and the membrane behind the clean-out door (15) with the
delivered brush (17) and wipe with a damp cloth.
Cleaning of the master unit:
Wipe the master unit (E) with a cloth dampened with
warm water. Rub off possible scale residues with a soft cloth. Lift off the vapour
mouthpiece (C) by lifting it straight upwards from the master unit. Rinse the vapour
mouthpiece under running water, wipe and remount it.
Be careful not to immerse the entire appliance or the cord in water
. Never use any
kind of detergent when cleaning.
Storing
Store the appliance in dry conditions. If you will not use the appliance for a long
period of time, clean the appliance in accordance with former instructions and make
sure that all parts are dry before storing the appliance.
