How to use the hand mixer
Hand mixer with whisks
Place the mixer upright and hold onto the stem of the whisks while inserting
them into the openings on the underside of the appliance. You will hear a click
when the whisks engage.
Position the 5-level speed control (2.) at 0 and insert the plug into a mains socket
(remember to switch on) – the mixer is now ready for use.
Hold the stem of the mixer while inserting the whisks into the ingredients to
be whipped. Use your thumb to select the speed level by pushing the speed
control to the right and to the left, respectively – also when the appliance in on.
Always start at level 1. Move the whisks around in the bowl in order to obtain a
consistent blend.
