Press the anchor bolts into the wet concrete and vibrate to remove voids from around the anchor bolts and edges of forms. Level the bolt positioner board
without pressing the bottom leveling nuts into the concrete. Cover and allow the concrete to set.

After the concrete has set, remove the bolt positioner board. Leave the lower nuts and washers in place for anchor base installation. Place the anchor base
over the nuts. Level the anchor base, then fasten with another set of nuts and washers. Pull the data and power cables through the conduit.

Fasten the Aluminum Pole Flange to the Anchor Base with the provided #10

32 Flat Head Screws. Slide the Fiberglass Pole into the Pole Flange and tighten
the set screw.

Bolts. Attach the Access Point and plug in
the cables.
