To fold the hood, pull the hood adjusters up on both sides of the hood, as shown
(fig.27-29).

Using the Harness

To fit the hood, place the hood on the chassis, inline with the seat unit. Clip the hood
catches onto each side of the chassis (fig.24).
Then, to prevent the hood slipping down, pull the elastic around the chassis and loop
over the peg on the side of the hood (fig.25).
To remove the hood, unhook the elastic from the peg, then slightly press and push the
hood clip through the catch as shown (fig.26).

To fasten the harness, insert both fasteners on the waist strap into the clasp on the
crotch strap (fig.30) and clip each chest strap onto the waist strap (fig.31 & 32).
To release the harness, squeeze each of the clips in the centre of the harness and pull
away from the clasp, one at a time (fig.33).
Adjust the harness length using the buckles on each strap (fig.34).
‘D’ Ring
The ‘D’ rings highlighted are provided for fitting a separate harness complying with BS
6684 (fig.35).
WARNING: Ensure the harness is correctly fitted before use. The harness should
always be adjusted to fit correctly. Children should be harnessed in at all times.
Always use the crotch strap in combination with the waist strap.
