Product Description
A, B
Underwater Switch 24V/DMX/02 - hereafter called "unit" - is intended for controlling up to four products with 24 V DC.
The unit is connected to the DMX/RDM bus. The four outputs can be accessed via the bus. A RDM-compatible control-
ler, e.g. WECS from OASE, is required. The connected products can be turned on and off individually underwater.
The unit includes a PowerBox 24V DC for connection to a controlled switching power pack (Underwater Power Supply
250 24V/01) and a DMX box for connection to the DMX controller (WECS
).
The unit is designed and constructed for operating underwater. However, it can also be installed in dry locations, but
when doing so, avoid direct sunlight.
The switching power pack, DMX controller (WECS) and final consumer are not part of the scope of delivery.
Intended use
In addition to all the safety information, it is also highly important to adhere to the following specifications:
•
The unit is exclusively intended for controlling OASE-produced 24 V DC units, e.g. Air Nozzle 24 DC, single-colour
LEDs 24 V DC.
The following restrictions apply to the unit:
−
Only use in conjunction with units intended by
OASE
for this purpose.
•
Operation under observance of the technical data.
Scope of delivery
The scope of delivery includes the Underwater Switch 24V DC/DMX/02.
Operation requires the following units, which are not included in the scope of delivery:
•
One electronic 24 V switching power pack with a maximum residual ripple of 5 % and DC decoupling between the
primary and the secondary side.
•
A DMX-compatible controller (WECS from OASE).
