DIRECTIONS FOR USE

HAND CONTROL OPERATIONS

CAUTION

When lowering the chair or using the Trendelenburg functions, make sure there is nothing 

that can impede motion (like stools, cabinets, accessory parts, cleaners, etc.) When operating 

the table’s controls, be sure to observe all cautions and warnings.

Reverse Trendelenburg: 

- activates tilt up to 14º

- positioning stops when

table is level; press again

for complete reverse.

Trendelenburg: 

- activates tilt up to 14º

- positioning stops when

table is level; press again

for complete reverse.

Height Down: 

- Lowers table top

- Trendelenburg / Reverse
