DIRECTIONS FOR USE

ADJUSTING HEIGHT OF THE TABLE:

The table comes complete with a multifunctional hand control that 
operates the backrest and leg rest positioning functions as well as a foot 
control that operates the height with electronic ease. These controls 
should not be used simultaneously but individually to ensure safety 
and complete ease of use.

Foot Controls:

Operate the foot control as shown below to raise or lower the height   
of the

. The foot control allows the therapist to adjust 

the height function separately from the other functions found on the hand-
control whenever needed. When operating the table’s controls, be sure to 
observe all cautions and warnings as given in the manual.

       When operating the

to both operator and client.

CAUTIONS

When operating the controls 
and making any and all 
adjustments to the table, move 
hands, feet  and controls  away 
from any working mechanisms 
of the table.

Children must be supervised 
when around this equipment 
by a responsible adult. Do not 
leave children alone or allow 
them to operate the controls. 
Do not allow children to crawl 
into the cabinet or under the 
table.
