WARRANTY – OZY PRODUCT REGISTRATION
Our device O3ZY is covered by the warranty for one year from the purchase date.
Warranty Terms and Conditions:

The warranty is effective from the purchase date
•
The maintenances are performed by O3ZY SA or authorized agents
•
All replaced components become O3ZY SA properties
•
The device or components reparations and replacements do not extend the warranty period
•
The warranty includes extra benefits respectively to the norm for consumers rights, and it
does not preclude the validity
•
It is necessary to show the purchase invoice before any maintenance activity on the device.
Without this evidence, the maintenance performed will be charged.
It is recommended to keep the invoice.
WHAT COVER THE WARRANTY?
The device reparations or replacements (as O3ZA SA discretion) if the malfunction is assured derivates
from defective materials, wrong production or functions, within 1 year time from the purchase date
(if any component would not be available anymore or out of production, O3ZY SA will replace it with
a working spare part).
In case the device goes out of the Schengen area, this warranty is valid only if the device is used where
it has been purchased.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?
Components that are usury subject as filters and as well as all sensors.
General labor activities.
Damages caused by the lack of advised maintenance.
O3ZY SA is not responsible for reparation or replacement costs in case of:

Normal usury
•
Accidental damages, failure caused by negligent usage, carelessness, inaccuracy, inattention,
or any other dissimilar usage than the one explained in this manual.
•
Damages caused by non-conformity usage with the plate.
•
Use the device outside of the country of purchase.
•
Use of components or accessories different from the one produced or recommended by O3ZY
SA.
•
Damages caused by external elements, like movements, climate conditions, electricity
interruption or power surges.
•
Reparations or modifications done by third parties, different from O3ZY SA or its authorazed
agents.
•
Breakdowns caused by circumstances that are out of O3ZY SA control.
